24/7 Phone Support: We provide you with 24/7 direct phone access to our team of professional pilots and technicians to answer questions, resolve issues, and discuss the status of your aircraft so you can have peace of mind knowing help is just a phone call away.
Mobile Maintenance App: With your aircraft on our revolutionary mobile and desktop app, you can digitally log your flights, document squawks as they occur, send photos to your maintenance team, see the status of your aircraft in real time, and schedule your flights. Our mobile maintenance app is powered by Coflyt, with new features added regularly.
Digitize Aircraft Maintenance Records: We have teamed up with Vision Logbooks, the only FAA-approved digital aircraft maintenance record backup and replacement solution. Did you know that up to 60% of your aircraft’s value lives in its maintenance records and logbooks? Worst yet, your paper records are completely uninsurable. By digitizing your maintenance records and placing them in Vision Logbooks’ exclusive system, you can protect your asset by creating a digital backup and paper records replacement eliminating the need for paper records, improving accessibility, and increasing your aircraft’s value. Digital Maintenance Tracking: Our team of maintenance technicians will methodically and accurately track all your of aircraft’s inspections and maintenance requirements to ensure your aircraft is in a safe and airworthy condition as well as compliant with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

Monthly Aircraft Detailing: Appearances matter and the devil is in the details. We will keep your airplane looking like new and showroom ready. Airplanes that show well are worth more. In contrast with other providers, our monthly detailing service is standard with all of our on-site Owner Support plans. Our in-house team of detailing experts will deep clean your aircraft’s interior and exterior every month to reduce wear & tear and surface corrosion as well as improve paint & interior longevity, enhance pedigree, and increase asset value.
Flight Operations Planning, Scheduling & Logistics: Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of owning your aircraft is having the freedom to fly when you want, where you want. However, getting your airplane from point A to point B is the successful outcome of meticulous planning and preparation. Ground transportation, catering, flight attendants, fueling, flight crew, scheduling, and aircraft availability are just a few examples of the orchestration that goes into each flight. We will take the lead to ensure every flight operation is seamless and stress-free, exceeding your needs and expectations.

Discounted Maintenance Labor Rates: Industry wide, maintenance labor rates are on the rise. Labor rates account for a large percentage of total maintenance costs. Unfortunately, however, labor cannot be recuperated in the aircraft’s value. Why pay more than you have to? Clients on our Owner Support+ plans receive a 10% discount on all labor performed in-house by Airplane Intel, saving you thousands of dollars per year in maintenance costs.
Monthly Maintenance Retainer: Maintenance can be unpredictable and expensive. However, it is an inevitable aspect of aircraft ownership. To help keep your costs low and value high, we offer 5 free man-hours of maintenance labor per month to aircraft on our Owner Support+ program.

Weekly Aircraft Condition Inspections: Our team of highly trained maintenance technicians and inspectors will ensure your aircraft is always in prime condition with weekly condition inspections. Our weekly condition inspections include a thorough walk around of the aircraft for cleanliness, minor defects, and overall aircraft condition. We also service fluids, nitrogen, and oxygen as well as aircraft lavatory and other systems to ensure flight readiness.
Flight Dispatch Readiness Check: On the day of your flight, wasted time is wasted money. Our team will make sure your airplane is pulled out, fueled up, fully serviced, and ready to fly upon your arrival to our facility.
Personal Pilot & Flight Crew: Not all airplane owners are qualified to fly their airplane. Finding a qualified, insurable, and dependable pilot or flight crew is not an easy undertaking. Let us find you the perfect pilot or flight crew for your airplane through our Premium Owner Support plan.
Courtesy Aircraft Repositioning: Your airplane may have to be moved from airport-to-airport to accommodate your plans or maintenance needs. For Premium Owner Support members, our team of professional pilots can make sure your airplane gets repositioned where you need it, when you need it.
Discounted Mobile Maintenance Go Team: Airplanes are machines, and even the most well-maintained machines can have unforeseen maintenance issues arise without warning. The last thing you need is to miss your meeting or family event waiting for a maintenance team to get you back in the air. Our Premium Owner Support clients receive scheduling priority and a significant discount on our mobile maintenance Go Team with availability throughout the southeast.
Aircraft Hangar Space: Hangars used to be a dime a dozen, but not anymore. Today hangar space is scarce and expensive; you may have to wait months or even years to find adequate hangar space. Aircraft on our Premium Owner Support plan receives FREE and immediate access to community hangar space when based at KOCF.

The process begins by clicking the button below and completing a short questionnaire. Once submitted, a dedicated Owner Support Specialist will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and explain your options. Then, we’ll deliver a customized quote for each Owner Support program to review. You have the option to select the Owner Support program that best fits your needs and budget.
From there, we will onboard your aircraft into our system. The onboarding process includes performing a logbook review and setting your aircraft up on our mobile maintenance app, powered by Coflyt. On the app, you can easily view the maintenance status of your aircraft, write squawks, and communicate directly with our maintenance team. We will also digitize your aircraft’s maintenance records so you’ll have a live Aircraft Digital Logbook (ADL) thanks to our exclusive alliance with Vision Logbooks, the only FAA-approved digital logbook provider.
Once onboarding is complete, we will immediately begin supporting your aircraft with the services outlined in the applicable Owner Support program. You’ll have 24/7 access to our team of maintenance and operations experts with a direct line of communication. You’ll also have full 24/7 access to your mobile maintenance app and Aircraft Digital Logbook.

Where are you located?
We are located at the Ocala International Airport (KOCF) in Ocala, Florida. We provide aircraft management and owner support services to aircraft owners and operators in Central Florida and throughout the United States.
Do you offer charter management or a Part 135 certificate?
We support aircraft operated and flown under FAR Part 91 only. We currently do not have an FAR Part 135 charter certificate and we do not offer aircraft charter management or other services for commercial operations.
What aircraft types do you support?
We specialize in aircraft management services for owner-pilots and owner-passengers of general and business aviation aircraft under FAR Part 91. We provide Owner Support services to owners/operators of virtually all aircraft makes and models, from piston single-engine aircraft to light jets. Common aircraft manufacturers we support include the Cirrus, Beechcraft, Piper, Pilatus, Socata/Daher, Cessna, and Embraer. Common aircraft models we support include the SR22, Bonanza, Baron, Meridian, Cheyenne, PC-12, TBM700/850/900, Twin Cessna, King Air, Cessna Citation 510/525/550/560, and Phenom 100/300.
Do you offer support services for aircraft outside of Florida?
While Airplane Intel is based in Ocala, Florida, we provide Owner Support services nationwide through our Virtual Owner Support program.
